iOS/Android AnyPay SDK Updated to 0.9.11

The AnyPay SDK has been updated to version 0.9.11 for Android & iOS - this release contains an enchangement for OTA update; Firmware version and Config version can be updated using OTA apis - documented in the changelog; the archive located at the download URL has been updated which can be found here
